At WalkingPad, we want to ensure your fitness journey is seamless, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all our foldable treadmills and walking mats. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your equipment in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Package Your WalkingPad

  Carefully fold and place the device back into its original box, ensuring all accessories, power cords, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location for transit to our inspection facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
